Terms and conditions for the supply of goods through the Luxe Jewelry Ghana online store ( These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into by Luxe Jewelry Ghana (“Luxe Jewelry Ghana”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing your order with us you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. Where you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and should cease using it immediately.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms & Conditions”) and store policies. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

Our store is hosted on They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.


We must receive payment in full for the price of goods and delivery fee that you order prior to our acceptance of your order. Once payment in full has been received by us (and taken from your credit/debit card or mobile money) we shall acknowledge receipt of your order by sending you an email to the email address that you provided in your order form. This does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the goods ordered unless we have previously notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the cancellation clause below.

We do not process or hold any payment details. Customers who pay for goods both on and offline will have their payment processed by …….. on an external site managed by …….. or one of its agents.

We reserve the right not to accept your order if

  • we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have requested; or

  • we do not deliver to your area; or

  • one or more of the items you ordered was priced incorrectly due to a typographical error.

If we do not accept your order, we will notify you by email or by telephone and we will credit your account with any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 5 days of your order.

We shall not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.



Please note that we ship all orders from Accra, Monday through Saturday. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (Mon-Sat) of the purchase date. If an order is on Saturday or Sunday, it will be delivered the following Monday.

Please note that processing time may take longer during the holiday season and during specific sales and promotions.

We currently offer Nationwide Delivery in Ghana Only. Worldwide shipping options will be available soon.



No returns and no exchanges for items that have already been delivered to customers. This policy is in line with the observance of COVID-19 safety protocols.

However, you may cancel or exchange your order with us for the goods you have purchased that have not yet been delivered within 24hours of confirmation of your order. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order and we will not charge any penalty.
